Minneapolis places high on survey of healthiest cities in America 

(Minneapolis, MN)  --  Minneapolis is recognized as one of the healthiest cities in America.  

Consumer advice website WalletHub compared more than 180 American cities on 41 key metrics, like the average cost of medical and dental visits, the percentage of adults reporting a recent illness, and the share of residents who say they eat healthy.  

Minneapolis was the highest-ranking Minnesota city, coming in at number 12.  

San Francisco, California is considered the healthiest city, and Brownsville, Texas is at the bottom of the list.
