Lincoln elementary school teacher facing federal charges for alleged distribution of child sex material

(Lincoln, ND_) --  A former Lincoln elementary school teacher has now been charged in federal court for distributing and possessing child sex abuse materials.

The judge ordered John Vetter to forfeit his phone and all property used to distribute the content. He is scheduled to stand trial in June.

Vetter pleaded not guilty last month in Burleigh County district court.
