Minnesota Twins baseball not seen on Midco due to expired agreement between Bally Sports, Midco

(Sioux Falls, SD) — The Minnesota Twins are no longer being seen on local cable provider Midco.

“The business agreement between Bally Sports and Midco has expired,” a statement on the cable provider’s website read. “As a result, Bally Sports North and Bally Sports Kansas City are no longer available on Midco lineups.”

The Minnesota Twins say the matter is out of their hands.

“The Twins are disappointed by this massive disruption for our fans who simply want to watch our games,” read a statement from the team. “This situation is a business negotiation between Comcast and [Bally]. The Twins have no role or voice in this matter. We are hopeful the two parties are able to come to an agreement as soon as possible.”

Diamond Sports Group, which owns Bally Sports, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March 2023.
