(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man faces a five-year prison sentence following his conviction in an underage-sex case.
Court officials say Jason Gohl was caught communicating with who he thought was a 15-year-old girl. After transmitting sexually explicit messages, he reportedly went to meet her at a local mall parking lot.
That’s when he discovered he had actually been communicating with a Bismarck cop and was arrested.
