(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota officials are passing along a reminder about the state’s gas tax.
The deadline to apply for the tax refund is June 30th.
Industrial consumers, ranchers and farmers could be eligible for a refund of 23-cents per gallon of gas purchased.
If a refund is not claimed, it is returned to the Highway Distribution Fund at the Officer of State Treasurer.
