BISMARCK, ND — Governor Kelly Armstrong is affirming his commitment to strengthening position relations with state tribes.
Armstrong’s statement comes during the seventh Government-to-Government Conference at the Bismarck Event Center. The conference is hosted by the North Dakota Indian Affairs Commission. Five federally recognized tribal nations are represented by the commission.
Armstrong says he plans to visit all five tribes in the upcoming summer and fall months.
