GRAND FORKS, ND – A development agreement signed Monday by both the Mayor of Grand Forks and company officials marks a significant development for a Belgium-based potato company.
Representatives from Agristo joined Mayor Brandon Bochenski and other City staff on Monday to sign the agreement. With the signed agreement in place, the company is expected to break ground later this year. It’ll be the company’s first North American facility and will be housed on the north side of the city.
Agristo was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Weilsbeke, Belgium.
