CASSELTON, ND — North Dakota’s second soybean crushing plant is now open in Casselton.
North Dakota Soybean Processors is expected to bring 75 new jobs to the area. The plant can crush 125,000 bushels of beans each day, producing soybean oil that will be used in the food industry and for the production of renewable diesel fuel.
