OTTER TAIL COUNTY, MN — A man from St. Paul has died after his boat overturned on a lake in Otter Tail County.
Sheriff’s office says the body of 76-year-old David Josephson was found Saturday at North Turtle Lake. A group of hunters found his overturned boat around 5 p.m. and his body was discovered by deputies later in the day.
Investigators say Josephson was not wearing a life jacket.
