BISMARCK – Drought conditions in the valley have improved.
According to the latest report from the U.S. Drought Monitor, only two counties in North Dakota are experiencing some sort of drought – along with two counties in northwestern Minnesota.
The drought monitor says areas of Pembina and Cavalier counties in North Dakota, along with areas of Kittson and Roseau counties in northwestern Minnesota, are experiencing abnormally dry conditions.
