(GRAND FORKS, ND) — A former women’s soccer coach at the University of North Dakota is filing a lawsuit against the school.
Chris Logan claims he faced retaliation for raising concerns over gender equity. The lawsuit alleges he was “wrongfully terminated after reporting gender-based discrimination.” Logan says he participated in a Title IX investigation into this alleged discrimination, and as a result his contract wasn’t renewed.
It’s not clear whether the university has responded to the lawsuit.
