(Fargo, ND) — Governor Doug Burgum says President Biden’s decision to not seek reelection is because of Donald Trump’s strength, dominant debate performance and the unity shown at last week’s convention.
He says all of that led to Biden admitting early defeat yesterday.
The Democrats host their convention next month in Chicago with Vice President Kamala Harris as the frontrunner to lead the ticket.
