Jamestown Regional Airport Authority receives FAA funding

(WASHINGTON, DC) – The Federal Aviation Administration has announced funding for the Jamestown Regional Airport Authority.

The more than $2 million funding, which comes from the Administration’s Airport Infrastructure Grant Program, is part of a total of $5.8 million for the state as a whole.

Jamestown’s funding will help with the expansion of an existing 9,450 square foot snow removal equipment and sand storage building by 1,500 square feet to bring the airport into conformity with current standards.
