BISMARCK, ND — A man was arrested for attacking a Bismarck Police Officer Wednesday night.
The incident began when the officer stopped the man for riding his bike in the middle of the street without lights. He took off when the officer began checking for warrants. The officer caught up to the man, who then tried to gouge his eyes, squeezed his genitals, and spit on him. The officer suffered minor injuries.
The man faces several charges, including assault on a police officer.
