FORT TOTTEN – The search for a woman missing from the Spirit Lake Tribe has ended.
Spirit Lake Tribal officials say 20-year-old Danica “Tynee” White was discovered and removed from waters shortly before 3 p.m. Thursday.
The search had involved multiple local, state and federal agencies.
“Our hearts are heavy with this news. Danica was a vibrant young woman with her whole life ahead of her. We ask everyone to keep her family in your thoughts and prayers and to respect their privacy as they grieve,” she said.
