In today's edition of Leftovers: The After the Show Show, Scott Hennen visits with the North Dakota Speaker of the House of Representatives, Kim Koppelman of West Fargo. It's nearing Crossover Week, which is the time where bills from the House go to the Senate, and vice versa. Speaker Koppelman explains the process a bill undergoes when its introduced. Also, Scott asks Kim about the issues regarding energy, which has been a hot topic over the last week. They talk about the need for a level playing field for energy.
