Ali Hinze Is An All-Summit League Volleyball Honorable Mention For The Bison

     On Wednesday Ali Hinze earned an All-Summit League Honorable Mention honor.

     She led the Bison with a career-high 370 kills this season, ranking fifth in the Summit League. Hinze was also fifth in the league with 3.43 kills per set. She racked up double figure kills in 22 matches this season. Hinze’s season was highlighted by a 20 kill performance against Butler on September 10. This was the third time in her career that she reached 20 kills in a match.

     Hinze was also effective defensively, totaling a career-high 291 digs this season. She hit the double digit dig mark 16 times, including a season-high 20 digs in a win over Western Illinois on September 30.

     Hinze also recorded a team-high 14 double-doubles.
