The Minnesota Vikings Are Heading to London For A Regular Season Game This Season!

     The Minnesota Vikings will host the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, October 2, but the game won’t be at U.S. Bank Stadium. Actually, it won’t even be played in the United States… The Vikings and Saints are heading overseas to play at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. The game will kickoff at 8:30 a.m. central time.

     The Vikings are currently 2-0 in games played in London. Minnesota defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 34-27 at Wembley Stadium in 2013 and the Cleveland Browns 33-16 at Twickenham in 2017. The Saints have also had success in London, beating the San Diego Chargers 37-32 in 2006 and the Miami Dolphins 20-0 in 2017.

     There will be a couple more games played in London during the 2022 season. The Green Bay Packers battle the New York Giants on Oct. 9 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Additionally, the Jacksonville Jaguars will square off with the Denver Broncos on Oct. 30 at Wembley Stadium. Both games will kickoff at 8:30 a.m. central time.

     Plus the NFL will have a regular season game in both Mexico and Germany this upcoming season. The Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers will have a divisional showdown on Monday Night Football on Nov. 21 at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.

     The NFL will also travel to Munich, Germany for a regular season game. The Seattle Seahawks will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Nov. 13 with kickoff scheduled for 8:30 a.m. central time.
