Multiple sources including The Athletic, Bleacher Report, and ESPN are reporting that the Timberwolves will be without starting Center Rudy Gobert for their Tuesday night NBA play-in tournament game against the Los Angeles Lakers.

The team made the decision to suspend Gobert for one game after his physical altercation with teammate Kyle Anderson on Sunday afternoons victory over the New Orleans Pelicans. In a video on social media Gobert can be seen punching Anderson in the chest while the team huddled during an in-game timeout.

Gobert WILL NOT be traveling with the team to Los Angeles for their play-in tournament game against the Lakers.

The Timberwolves and Lakers game will tip off at 9 p.m. on Tuesday with game coverage available on TNT.
