SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The North Dakota State baseball team earned nine All-Summit League selections, the league office announced on Tuesday morning.
Peter Brookshaw, Druw Sackett, Cade Feeney and Tristen Roehrich were named to the All-Summit League First Team. James Dunlap, Cadyn Schwabe, Parker Puetz and Skyler Riedinger were selected to the All-Summit League Second Team, while Stephen Lund was named to the Honorable Mention list. It marked the most All-Summit selections for NDSU since joining the conference in 2008.
Feeney notched a 5-1 record on the mound in conference play and picked up his second career All-Summit League First Team honor. He led the Summit League with a 2.03 ERA in league play and limited opponents to a .228 batting average over 48.2 innings. The Bismarck, N.D., native tossed 36 strikeouts, including four games with five or more.
Roehrich was selected to the first team for the first time in his career. He ranked third in Summit League play with a 3.02 ERA. The West Fargo, N.D., native was also slotted fifth in the conference in strikeouts with 39 and limited opponents to a .226 batting average.
Brookshaw was named to first team for the first time in his career after starting all 23 games in league play. He notched a .322 batting average with 28 hits, including five home runs and four doubles. The Prescott, Wis., native also totaled 26 runs with 17 runs.
Sackett earned a spot on the first team for the first time in his career after totaling a team-high 33 runs in league play, which ranked second in the Summit League. The Fruita, Colo., native posted a .326 batting average with a team-best eight home runs.
Dunlap was named to the second team in his first season with the Bison after leading the team with 32 RBI in conference play. The Tulsa, Okla., native also ranked second in the league with a .384 batting average with a team-best 33 hits.
Schwabe earned second team honors for the first time in his career after notching a team-high 11 stolen bases, which ranked second in the conference. The Thompson, N.D., native connected on 26 hits with 20 runs and 21 RBI.
Puetz was named to the second team in his freshman season after posting a 2.06 ERA in league play, which ranked second in the Summit League. The Volga, S.D., native also limited opposing batters to a conference-low .187 batting average.
Riedinger earned second team accolades after making eight relief appearances with one save in conference play and registering a 2.40 ERA. The Bismarck, N.D., native tossed 13 strikeouts and held opponents to a .160 batting average.
Lund rounded out the group earning honorable mention honors in his first season with the Bison. The Verona, Wis., native tallied a .305 batting average with 18 hits, including five doubles and three home runs. He also contributed 15 runs and 13 RBI.

NDSU finished the regular season with a 22-28 (16-7 Summit) overall record and earned the second seed in the Summit League Championship. The Bison, who are hosting the tournament for the first time in program history, will face third-seeded South Dakota State on Wednesday night. First pitch is set for 6:05 p.m., at Newman Outdoor Field.
