(Omaha, NE) — The LSU Tigers are the 2023 Men’s College World Series champions.
LSU dismantled Florida 18-4 in the decisive Game Three of the championship series Monday in Omaha. Six separate batters drove-in two or more runs to lead LSU to the program’s seventh national championship title. Dylan Crews, who is projected as a top-three pick in next month’s MLB Draft, finished the game 4-for-6 with one RBI and three runs scored.
The Tigers got redemption over their SEC rival after falling to the Gators in the College World Series final in 2017.
