Byron wins Quaker State 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway

(Hampton, GA) -- William Byron claimed his Cup Series-leading fourth win of the season with a victory at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The driver of the No. 24 car was named the winner of the Quaker State 400 after the race was called due to inclement weather on Sunday night. Byron was declared the winner after finishing at the front of the pack with 75 laps to go.

Daniel Suarez, AJ Allmendinger, Michael McDowell and Kyle Busch rounded out the top-five finishers. Last weekend's Grant Park 220 winner Shane Van Gisbergen did not get behind the wheel in Atlanta.

The racers head to New Hampshire next weekend for the Crayon 301.
