(Wellington, New Zealand) -- Lindsey Horan netted a crucial goal in the 62nd minute to help the United States pull even with Netherlands in a 1-1 draw in Group play at the Women's World Cup.
The Dutch put the pressure on the defending World Cup champions when Jill Roord scored in the 17th minute. Horan's fourth career World Cup goal pulled the game even to stretch the U.S. Women's National Team's unbeaten streak to 19 matches. The United States and Netherlands sit atop the Group E standings with one group match remaining.
The USWNT returns to action against Portugal on Tuesday at Eden Park in Auckland.
