(Manila, Philippines) -- Team USA has clinched its spot in the second round of the FIBA World Cup.
The U.S. defeated Greece 109-81 early Monday morning to improve to 2-0 in the Group stage. Austin Reaves came off the bench to pace the Americans with 15 points, five rebounds and six assists. Jalen Brunson and Anthony Edwards each contributed 13 points in the big win. Former NBA lottery pick Georgios Papagiannis led Greece with 17 points.
Team USA will wrap up Group C play against Jordan on Wednesday.
