(Cleveland, OH) — The Twins weren’t able to complete a three-game sweep of the Cleveland Guardians following a 2-1 loss at Progressive Field yesterday.
Joe Ryan gave up just two runs on four hits in four innings, but he was charged with his ninth loss. Andrew Stevenson drove in Minnesota’s only run with an RBI single in the fifth. The Twins still have a six-game lead in the AL Central at 73-67.
Dallas Keuchel starts for Minnesota against the Mets tomorrow.
