The Fargo Force took down the Omaha Lancers 3-0 (Box Score) on Saturday evening, lead by Goaltender Anton Castro saved all 24 shots he faced in the shutout. It was the first home opener shutout victory in franchise history.
Michael LaStarza and Leo Gruba each netted a goal in the Second Period and Zam Plante ended the scoring in the Third Period in the win.

The Force will now host Sioux City on Saturday at 6:05 p.m. at Scheels arena, before hitting the road for six straight games.
