(Minneapolis, MN) — The Twins might be able to retain one of their top starting pitchers.
The Athletic is reporting that Sonny Gray would like to come back to Minnesota in free agency. The report adds that money won’t be the biggest factor as he chooses his next team. The Twins acquired Gray in a trade with Cincinnati before the 2022 season.
He went 8-8 with a 2.79 ERA in 184 innings this season.
