(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Minnesota Timberwolves handed the Denver Nuggets their first loss of the season with a 110-89 victory at the Target Center.
Minnesota never trailed in the victory and led by as many as 23 points in the game. Anthony Edwards poured in 24 points, and Karl-Anthony Towns chipped in with 21. The Wolves improved to 2-2 with the victory.
They host the Jazz on Saturday.
