(Eagan, MN) -- A pair of Vikings players are being recognized for their strong performances in October.
The NFL named wide receiver Jordan Addison the Offensive Rookie of the Month and gave the NFC Defensive Player of the Month to Danielle Hunter. Addison hauled in 23 catches for 297 yards and five touchdowns during the month while helping fill in for an injured Justin Jefferson. Hunter had two forced fumbles and five sacks to go along with 18 tackles in five games.
The pair led the Vikings to a 4-1 record during October.
Minnesota will now visit the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday at noon.
