Timberwolves rally in 4th to take down Warriors

(San Francisco, CA) -- The Timberwolves beat the Golden State Warriors 104-101 in a feisty In-Season Tournament Game at Chase Center.

The game began with a fight in the second minute of regulation. Minnesota's Jaden McDaniels and Golden State's Draymond Green and Klay Thompson were all ejected for the tussle. The short-handed Warriors led by as many as 12 in the third quarter before the Wolves battled back. Karl-Anthony Towns hit a go-ahead three with just over a minute left, and Mike Conley put the game away with another three in the final ten seconds. Towns had 33 points in the victory, while Anthony Edwards finished with 20.

Minnesota is on a seven-game winning streak. The Wolves are in second-place in the Western Conference at 8-2.

Minnesota visits Phoenix tonight.
