Timberwolves take down Spurs

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Timberwolves held off a late Spurs rally during a 114-105 win over San Antonio at the Target Center.

Minnesota led by as many as 24 in the final frame, but San Antonio got within six in the final minute before the Wolves pulled away. Anthony Edwards poured in 34 points in the victory, while Naz Reid chipped in with 22 off the bench. Minnesota has won six of seven. The Wolves are in first place in the Western Conference at 41-17.

The pack will host Memphis on Wednesday night.
