(Brooklyn, NY) — The future of the WNBA will find their new homes when the 2024 draft gets underway Monday night.
Iowa star Caitlin Clark is expected to be the first overall selection. The Indiana Fever were awarded the top pick after winning the draft lottery in December. This will be the second straight year that Indiana makes the first pick. The Fever selected Aliyah Boston in the 2023 draft.
Stanford’s Cameron Brink, South Carolina’s Kamilla Cardoso and LSU’s Angel Reese are also expected to be among the first few players taken in the draft.
The Minnesota Lynx own the eighth overall pick.
