The Minnesota Timberwolves are opening the 2025-26 season on Wednesday, October 22 in Portland against the Trail Blazers… Although they may be without star guard Anthony Edwards.
The Timberwolves Public Relations team released that Edwards is currently questionable for Wednesday’s season opener with back spasms. Edwards led the Pack averaging 27.6 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists on 44.7 percent shooting from the field in the 2024-25 season.
Wednesday night’s season opener will tip-off at 9 p.m. with game coverage available on FanDuel Sports Network North.
