Former Bison QB Lance to start Hall of Fame Game for Chargers

The NFL’s preseason will kick off on Thursday, July 31 with the annual Hall of Fame game in Canton, OH. The Los Angeles Chargers will be squaring off with the Detroit Lions at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.

On Tuesday afternoon during media availability, Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh announced that former North Dakota State quarterback, Trey Lance, will start under center for LA. Lance is expected to play the entire first half and play into the third quarter.

The game will kick off on Thursday night beginning at 7 p.m. The game will be televised on NBC and Peacock.
