Former Vikings pro bowler Everson Griffen arrested once again

MINNEAPOLIS – Four-time pro bowler Everson Griffen faces more legal trouble following being removed from a Delta flight last week.

The 37-year-old was arrested in Minneapolis Saturday for violating terms of his probation. State officials say the former defensive end can’t use drugs or alcohol and didn’t comply with random drug testing.

Delta cited it’s zero tolerance policy for unruly behavior as to why Griffen was removed from a flight to Minneapolis.

Griffen has other run ins with the law including being convicted of crashing his vehicle into a fence and gazebo in Mound, Minnesota and being arrested for DWI and cocaine possession.
