On Wednesday morning, the Minnesota Timberwolves released a statement giving an update on Jaden McDaniels. He has currently missed six games with left knee patella tendinopathy. The training staff has cleared McDaniels for 5-on-5 basketball activities and full contact.
This season McDaniels is averaging 14.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game over 71 games played (all starts). Additionally, he is shooting 51.8 percent overall from the field along with 42.1 percent from three-point range and 83.9 percent from the free throw line.
Along with McDaniels being listed as questionable, Anthony Edwards is listed as day-to-day as he recovers from a knee injury.
The Timberwolves will continue their road trip on Wednesday night in Orlando against the Magic. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. with full game coverage available on FanDuel Sports Network North.
