FARGO, N.D. – A meet-and-greet with the actor probably best known for his work in the “Happy Gilmore” movies, Christopher McDonald, at Newman Outdoor Field August 26 has been cancelled.
RedHawks Director of Ticket Operations Teresa Mattson wrote in an email to fans who bought the ticket package it’s because of the actor’s filming schedule.
The package, which includes a ticket for the game against the Winnipeg Goldeyes, cost $50. Fans can also get a $13 refund for the meet-and-greet and still use their ticket for the game Aug. 26 or get a partial refund and exchange their ticket for any other remaining home game this season.

McDonald was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2022 for playing Marty in the HBO comedy “Hacks” and is also known for his work in the film version of “Thelma and Louise” and for starring opposite Oscar-winner Kathy Bates in the TV series “Harry’s Law”.
