North Dakota State Junior forward Avery Koenen has been named the Summit League Peak Performer of the Week for the week of December 29 thru January 4. This is the fourth time this season she has earned the honor.
Koenen averaged 20.0 points and 10.7 rebounds per game in a pair of wins for the Bison. Additionally, she shot 72.4 percent from the field while also recording five steals, four assists, and three blocks.
NDSU is now riding an 11-game winning streak. Koenen and the Bison will host Kansas City on Thursday with the tip-off slated for 7 p.m.
