The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks dropped their series rubber match to the Gary SouthShore RailCats 2-1 on Thursday afternoon. They were walked-off in the bottom of the 10th inning.
Jake Dykhoff struck out eight batters while only giving up one unearned run over 6 ⅓ innings in a no-decision. Garrett Alexander threw two innings out of the bullpen, giving up the walk-off hit and being tagged with the loss.
Brendon Dadson drove in the lone F-M run.
The RedHawks are now returning home to Newman Outdoor Field for a weekend series against the Sioux Falls Canaries. First pitch for Friday evening’s series opener is scheduled for 7:02 p.m.
