The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks dropped their series rubber match to the Sioux Falls Canaries 5-4 on Sunday afternoon. The RedHawks gave up three runs in the sixth inning and two runs in the seventh inning.
Tyler Jandron struck out five batters over 5 ⅔ innings while giving up three runs in a no-decision. Parker Harm gave up two runs while recording only two outs, eventually being tagged with the loss. Colten Davis tossed 1 ⅔ shutout innings while Garrett Alexander threw a scoreless inning in relief.
Juan Fernandez, Dillon Thomas, Lamar Sparks, and Aidan Byrne each drove in a run in the loss.
The RedHawks are off on Monday before welcoming the Kansas City Monarchs to Newman Outdoor Field for a series beginning on Tuesday evening.
