RedHawks fall to Dogs in rubber match on Sunday

The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks dropped their series rubber match to the Chicago Dogs 7-6 on Sunday afternoon.

Nile Ball gave up five runs over four innings and ended up with the loss. Braunny Munoz tossed three innings, giving up two runs in relief. Parker Harm tossed a shutout inning in the eighth.

Alec Olund hit a solo home run, while Ismeal Alcantara, Drew Ward, and Marcus Chiu also drove in a run in the game.

The RedHawks are now off on Monday before returning home to Newman Outdoor Field for a midweek series against the Winnipeg Goldeyes beginning Tuesday night at 7:02 p.m.
