RedHawks take down Milkmen in extra innings

The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks took their series rubber match from the Milwaukee Milkmen 3-1 on Sunday in 10 innings.

Tyler Jandron only gave up one run over seven innings with five strikeouts in a no-decision. Fargo-Moorhead had four relievers toss the final three scoreless innings with Alex DuBord tossing the 10th inning and picking up the save.

Robert Perez Jr., Juan Fernandez, and Aiden Byrne each drove in a run in the game.

The RedHawks will now return home to Newman Outdoor Field for a four-game series with the Kansas City Monarchs that begins on Monday night with first pitch scheduled for 7:02 p.m. Fargo-Moorhead now has a 13-8 record and sits in third place in the Western Division.
