The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks edged the Gary SouthShore RailCats 3-1 in a pitchers duel on Monday night.
Tyler Jandron only gave up one run over 6 ⅓ innings with 10 strikeouts, eventually earning the win. Jake Dykhoff tossed ⅔ of a shutout inning followed by a scoreless inning by Parker Harm. Alex DuBord picked up the save with a 1-2-3 ninth inning.
Peter Brookshaw, Brendon Dadson, and Luis Perez Jr. each drove in a run in the game.
The RedHawks and RailCats will continue their series on Tuesday evening with first pitch scheduled for 6:45 p.m.
