The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks walked-off the Sioux Falls Canaries 2-1 in a pitchers duel in Game One of their West Division Championship Series on Monday evening.
Jose Sermo hit the walk-off RBI single with one out in the bottom of the ninth inning. Dillon Thomas drove in the RedHawks’ other run.
Kolby Kiser struck out seven batters over six scoreless innings in a no-decision. Parker Harm surrendered one run over an inning in relief. Shane Barringer threw two shutout innings to close out the game, earning the victory.
