The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks downed the Lincoln Saltdogs 7-2 on Thursday night to complete the series sweep.
Jake Dykhoff struck out seven batters over 6 ⅓ innings while only giving up one unearned run, earning the victory. Naswell Paulino recorded two outs in relief. Kyle Johnston gave up one run in one inning out of the bullpen. Angelo Cabral closed the door with a scoreless ninth inning.
Dillon Thomas and Jose Sermo each hit a home run while driving in two runs. Alec Olund added 2 RBI’s with Aidan Byrne also picking up an RBI.
The RedHawks are now off to Sioux City to begin a series against the Explorers on Friday with first pitch slated for 7:05 p.m.
