The Minnesota Twins edged the Cleveland Guardians 3-1 in a their series opening pitchers duel on Tuesday night.
Taj Bradley gave up one run over seven innings while striking out 10 batters en route to earning his eighth win of the season. Andrew Morris tossed a scoreless inning. Taylor Rogers recorded a pair of outs and Yoendrys Gomez picked up the final out of the ball game, earning his 10th save of the season.
Austin Martin, Brooks Lee, and Kody Clemens each drove in a run in the win.
Minnesota improved to a record of 45-47 on the season.
