The Minnesota Twins defeated the Tampa Bay Rays 4-2 on Tuesday night.
Joe Ryan only gave up one run over six innings with five strikeouts en route to earning the victory. Louie Varland gave up one run in an inning out of the bullpen with Griffin Jax tossing a scoreless inning striking out the side and Jhoan Duran threw a scoreless ninth inning earning his ninth save of the season.
Kody Clemens hit a solo home run with Brooks Lee and Ty France each also picking up an RBI.

The Twins and Rays will wrap up their series on Wednesday afternoon in the rubber match with first pitch scheduled for 12:10 p.m. Pablo Lopez is scheduled to be on the mound for Minnesota while Drew Rasmussen counters for Tampa Bay.
