Twins – Guardians rained out for second straight day; set for doubleheader on Wednesday

On Tuesday Mother Nature struck again, raining out the Twins – Guardians game for the second consecutive day.

The Twins and Guardians will make up their rained out game as part of a traditional doubleheader on September 20 at Target Field. Game one on that Saturday will be at 1:10 p.m. with Game Two scheduled for a 6:10 p.m. first pitch.

On Wednesday, they will play a pair of games before Cleveland leaves town. Game One is a continuation of Monday evenings postponed game that will begin in the Top of the Fourth inning with the Twins leading 2-1. Game One will resume play at 12:10 p.m. with Game Two scheduled to begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game.

Chris Paddack is scheduled to be on the mound for Minnesota in Game Two with Collin Williams countering for Cleveland.
