Twins hammered early in loss to Blue Jays

The Minnesota Twins fell to the Toronto Blue Jays 10-4 on Monday night.

Joe Ryan gave up six runs over five innings and was tagged with the loss. Brooks Kriske surrendered four runs in a single inning of work. Genesis Cabrera tossed a pair of scoreless innings.

Matt Wallner hit two home runs while totaling three RBI. Brooks Lee added an RBI.

The Twins and Blue Jays will continue their series o Tuesday night with first pitch scheduled for 6:07 p.m. Bailey Ober is scheduled to get the nod for Minnesota with Chris Bassitt countering for Toronto.
