Twins shutout by White Sox in Chicago

The Minnesota Twins were shutout 8-0 by the Chicago White Sox in their series rubber match on Sunday afternoon.

Taj Bradley was tagged with the loss after giving up seven runs over five innings. Pierson Ohl only gave up one run in three innings out of the bullpen.

Minnesota recorded five hits and left nine runners on base in the loss.

The Twins are now off Toronto to battle the Blue Jays. First pitch of Monday’s series opener is scheduled for 6:07 p.m. Bailey Ober is scheduled to get the nod for Minnesota with Max Scherzer countering for Toronto.
